Go to Settings.

Go to General.

Choose VPN.

Click Add VPN Configuration.

In the My Account view the IP addresses list of PPTP VPN, Username and Password VPN.

Choose:

1. PPTP
2. Any name for the connection
3. IP address of PPTP VPN server
4. Username VPN
5. Password VPN
6. Encryption Level Maximum

Connect to PPTP VPN on iPhone or iPod Touch in iOS 9.

Successfully connected to PPTP VPN.
