Click on the Network icon.

Click View Connection Settings.

Create a new VPN connection.

In the section Subscriptions choose a IKEv2 VPN server, also Username and Password VPN.

Choose:

1. Microsoft
2. Any connection name
3. Domain for IKEv2 VPN from section Subscriptions
4. Choose - User name and password
5. Username VPN
6. Password VPN
7. Mark Remember my sign-in info

Connect to IKEv2 VPN server on Windows 8.

IKEv2 VPN connection established successfully.
