Go to General - VPN.

Add VPN configuration.

In the "My Account" view list PPTP VPN servers, Username and Password VPN.

Enter:

1. Type PPTP
2. Any name for the connection
3. IP address of PPTP VPN server
4. Username VPN
5. Password VPN
6. Encryption Maximum

Conect to PPTP VPN server on iPad in iOS.
